Who Procurea is, and who it is not.
Procurea is a supplier sourcing tool: you describe what you need to buy, and its agents read the live web in 26 languages and hand back a scored list of suppliers you can export to a spreadsheet.
Procurea is not Procure Ai. They are separate companies with separate owners and separate products, and there is no partnership, no shared code and no shared people between them. Two other businesses also trade under this name: Procurea SAS at procurea.fr and Procurea at procurea.com. We are not affiliated with either of them.
The table below names all four, with what each one does and where to find it. If you arrived here wanting one of the other three, you should be able to leave for it in one click.
Ours are procurea.io in English, procurea.pl in Polish, and the product itself at app.procurea.pl. Nothing else is us.
One name, four different businesses.
Each description below is the company's own, read from its site in September 2026. We have no agreement with any of them and nothing to gain from how they are described, so the safest thing this page can do is repeat what they say about themselves.

A search engine described us as somebody else.
Asked about Procurea in September 2026, a search engine returned this site in its results and then summarised us with three sentences belonging to another company. The summary is quoted below so you can recognise it if you were shown it. Every line of it is wrong about us, and two of the three promise things we have deleted from our own pages for being untrue.

A wrong description is not a vanity problem. Somebody who arrives expecting an SAP connector has been sent to the wrong company and finds out in the first minute of the call, which wastes their afternoon and ours.
What the engine does, and where it stops.

What it does
- Reads a brief written in plain language, with the regions you want and the ones you want excluded.
- Searches and reads the live web in 26 languages, then judges each company page against that brief.
- Classifies what it finds, and drops portals, directories and companies outside the product family.
- Looks for a published contact address, and leaves the field empty when there is not one.
- Hands back a scored list, PRIMARY and RESERVE, which you export to a spreadsheet.
What it does not do
- Send enquiries or RFQs, chase replies, collect quotes or compare them. Those parts are built and switched off across the whole product.
- Connect to an ERP, a CRM or an accounting system. There is no connector, no Enterprise plan and no public API: the only interface is a file export.
- Audit supplier risk on financial, geopolitical, ESG or cyber dimensions, or produce scorecards.
- Calculate savings. The engine never sees a price, so any saving figure attributed to us is invented.
- Verify a factory. It does not check machines, capacity or capability, and it confirms no certificate with its issuer: certificates are what a supplier's own pages claim.
- Manage contracts, purchase orders or approvals. It is not a procurement suite and does not try to be one.
The published campaigns returned 7 to 170 suppliers per brief in 4 to 16 minutes. How many come back depends on how many suppliers exist in the category: the kitchen equipment run returned 7 and is published as a failed run, with the reason attached.

- No. procurea.fr belongs to Procurea SAS, a French group buying platform for hospitality with a catalogue of hundreds of products for restaurants, hotels and caterers. We share a name and nothing else: no owners, no staff, no product, no agreement. If group purchasing for French hospitality is what you were looking for, their site is the right one and this one is not.

- Three monthly plans: Starter $69 for 10 campaigns a month, Growth $159 for 50 campaigns a month, Scale $299 for 150 campaigns a month. There is no Enterprise plan and no charge per line item: a brief with a hundred items costs the same as a brief with one.
- Does Procurea integrate with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or Salesforce?
- No. No connector to any of those systems exists, not as a pilot, not in beta and not behind a flag. A sourcing run ends in a spreadsheet, and loading it into your own system is work you do on your side. A description of Procurea that promises those integrations is a description of a different company.
- Does Procurea have 40 AI agents?
- No. One run is four stages: Strategy, Screener, Enrichment, Auditor. The 40+ agents figure belongs to Procure Ai and reached us through a search summary that had merged the two companies.
- Who owns Procurea, and where is it registered?
- Procurea sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company registered at ul. Pomorska 3/1, 85-050 Bydgoszcz and entered in the Polish National Court Register. It was founded in 2025 by Rafał Reiwer, who builds and runs it. No outside money has been raised, and the plans pay for it.
